Fees and Payment: Harrison Virtual Enterprises, d/b/a ResumesForLess.com, is hereby contracted to write a resume and one cover letter for the individual placing this order, who is hereinafter referred to as "client". ResumesForLess.com is hereby authorized to charge the client a NONREFUNDABLE fee of exactly $125.00, using PayPal. The client acknowledges and understands that this fee is charged to their credit card before any work begins. All fees are for services/production, and as such as neither cancellable nor refundable.

Additional Charges MUST be Authorized by Client: ResumesForLess.com uses PayPal to collect payments from clients. No one at ResumesForLess.com has access to any client credit card numbers. Therefore, if the client wishes to order additional services, ResumesForLess.com must invoice the client through PayPal for those additional services. No services whatsoever will be charged or completed without client's written, documented consent. If anyone calls the client claiming to represent ResumesForLess.com, and asks for your credit card number, hang up immediately. ResumesForLess.com will never call you to request yoru credit card number.

Limitations: Client will be required to complete a questionnaire provided by ResumesForLess.com. If client does not return the questionnaire within 60 days of the date of this agreement, ResumesForLess.com reserves the right to increase the resume preparation fee. Any previously paid amounts will be applied to the total fee, regardless of when questionnaire is returned. Following completion of the client's resume, client will have 14 days to submit up to 2 revision requests. ResumesForLess.com is not responsible for finished work not claimed within 14 business days. ResumesForLess.com is not responsible for false information provided by client, errors on client originals, or for errors after proofreading by the client. Client's discretionary revisions are subject ot additional charges. All work to be completed in a timely manner subject to acts of God, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond control of the company.
