How do I provide you with the information you need to write my résumé?
If you have an existing resume, you can email it to us and we will use the information from that to craft a resume that will be carefully organized and written with the right words to bring out the best in you! If you don’t have an existing resume, we ask that you fill out an easily accessible résumé questionnaire telling us about the positions you have held, your education, any honors you may have earned. If additional information is needed, we will further question you via email to draw out quantifiable contributions and achievements.
If your current résumé has enough information for us to send you targeted questions to draw out this information, we will email these to you instead of you having to complete the résumé questionnaire.
How long does the résumé process take?
This will vary from client to client. Resumes are personal marketing documents and ours are designed to generate interviews. Typically, we can create a professional resume for you within five business days after payment is received.
When do you start my résumé and how should I pay?
Payment must be received and cleared before any work is commenced. This can be done directly through our website using Paypal's secure server. If you prefer not to pay online through our website, you can mail a money order to P.O. Box 6075, Fullerton, CA 92834-6075.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds as we are providing a service not a product. But we will be glad to work with you until you are satisfied with your final resume.
